A personal project about exploration and trying new software workflows. I wanted to experiment with 3D scanning and see if I could get good results capturing with an iPhone 7 Plus camera.
Below are some samples of the photos I took with the iPhone camera and Adobe Capture, which creates seamless patterns very quickly. I imported them into Photoshop, built an 8K canvas with the seamless pattern, then exported the image to Bitmap2Material to generate the maps used in Octane.
